I was under the impression that Mr. Salvatore only had two sons Damon and Stefan, if that is true than Mr. Salvatore's bloodline would have died along with Damon and Stefan. While Damon and Stefan's father might have had a brother/or sister to carry on the Salvatore name, that still do not explain 'Zach' being their nephew. If Giuseppe Salvatore had any brother /or sister and Zach was a Descendant from them , that would make Zach Stefan and Damon's cousin, not their nephew. So if Zach is Stefan and Damon 's great great nephew, who were his parents?
