So, I'm sure many of you out there have discovered the joys of role playing. The concept is fairly simple, you get to create one character for yourself (Non-Cannon), meet up with some other players and play through a scenario that one of the moderators will set up for you.

So here's the rules:
1.Each person is limited to one Non-Cannon character. Your character may be whatever species you wish (vampire, human, witch, etc.), but make sure you have a feasible back story for him/her.
A very bad example would be this:
When Tommy was ten years old, his family was killed by vampires. He's now followed a trail to Mystic Falls and is after any vampire he sees.
Try to add as much detail as you can, the more interesting the background the more interesting the character.

2.Please include some kind of fault in your character's profile, whether it be some kind of phobia or a personality flaw. Nobody is perfect, not even supernatural beings. And make sure that you're familiar with your character's physical limitations. That means that if you choose to be a vampire, you have to know all the weaknesses a vampire has and all of their abilities. Please don't add something that wasn't mentioned in the show.

3.You can only control what your character does. People tend to get upset when someone else makes their character do something they normally wouldn't have done.

4.Try to make your posts a good length. I know, sometimes it's impossible to post more than a couple of sentences, or less than a couple paragraphs, but please try to use common sense and good judgement.

5.Please be kind to everyone at all times, of course general peace and love rules apply.

6.Inappropriate behavior may be dealt with by the moderators as they see fit.

7.Also, if any Cannon characters from the show or books have to come into the game, they will be played by a moderator to make sure that the character is played fairly.
