I think that what Katherine said To Stefan earlier "You hate me? Sounds like the beginning of a love Story, not the end"... and then Elena saying "I hate him" in reference to Damon are related. I think it's a hint to what 's to come. In the Shakespeare 's play "much ado about nothing", a young couple Benedick and Beatrice, are in a merry war, in which both proclaim to hate each other. However by the end of the play, they both confess their love for one another. I think the same thing will happen to Damon and Elena. Elena told Stefan she hates Damon, but we all know that's not totally true. Elena might hate him now, however some where down the line her feeling for Damon will change. Stefan told Katherine he hates her, however , I think Stefan protest way too much. I think Stefan is going to wound up going back with Katherine briefly, and it's not going to go well. He claims to hate her, yet he still keep a picture of her in his desk. Hmm?

Did Damon notice the ring on Jeremy's hand prior to killing him,or maybe Damon wasn't aware of the ring ,and just wanted to kill Jeremy to get back at Elena for rejecting him?



So in your opinion do you believe Damon saw the ring ,and might have killed Jeremy to hurt Elena, yet he wasn't really planning on killing Jeremy, like what Stefan believe/and said to Elena.

Do you believe that Damon never notice the ring,and he really intended on killing Jeremy in order to make Elena hate him?
