Mini-synopsis:
Stefan and Damon come to Elena’s assistance and, in the process, learn surprising new information about people, vampires and events in the distant past. Jeremy helps Bonnie after she casts a difficult and exhausting spell, and Caroline does what she can to make things easier for Tyler. Finally, Stefan and Damon reach a new understanding.

The killing of Mason: Did it change your opinion of the character of Damon,Bonnie, Jeremy,etc?

The character of Damon is one of the most popular character on Vampires diaries,and he also one of the most liked character on the show, although he did some unsavory things. Most of the thing he have done, was for a reason. He was angry at Stefan, he wanted to prove he was evil. He had no humanity. However, the more time Damon spent around Stefan and Elena he begin to change. So imagine my shock when he killed Mason. Damon truly didn't have to kill Mason. Mason did not threaten Damon,until Damon tried to kill him first ( and failed). Damon had no real reason to try and kill him, except that he found out that Mason was a werewolf. Still Mason didn't hunt Damon down and try to kill him. Damon and Stefan threaten him,and planned on killing him,prior to Mason going to sheriff Forbes and telling her about Damon and Stefan being vampires. Stefan and Damon actions towards Mason caused his reaction. Damon, and others, killing Mason change my opinion of him,Stefan and Bonnie. Did Damon killing Mason change your opinion of him? what about the other character that was involved, did it change your opinion of them? How?

In the episode "Rose", Damon talk to Stefan about how they use to be,and he refers to Stefan as "The Ripper". We found out that Stefan wasn't always the nice sweet vampire we know and love. He use to be a evil mean vampire known as "The ripper", who got his name by the way he use to rip his victims apart. Damon said that Elena wouldn't not be so quick to open up a vein for Stefan if she knew the truth about his past. Well, Elena do know about Stefan's past,and she accept him. However, she do not know the full details.

Do you think Stefan should tell Elena about his past as "The Ripper"?
Do you think if Elena learn the details of Stefan past would it make her feel in different to Stefan,or will she totally accept him.
What do you believe happen that made Stefan change,and stop him from feeding on HB?
