Specualtion: Do Damon and Stefan have a brother/Sister?

Zach had once refer to both Stefan and Damon as his uncles, which implies that Zach is their nephew. So if Zach was their nephew , who's his mother and Father?
I was under the impression that Mr. Salvatore only had two sons Damon and Stefan, if that is true than Mr. Salvatore's bloodline would have died along with Damon and Stefan. While Damon and Stefan's father might have had a brother/or sister to carry on the Salvatore name, that still do not explain 'Zach' being their nephew. If Giuseppe Salvatore had any brother /or sister and Zach was a Descendant from them , that would make Zach Stefan and Damon's cousin, not their nephew. So if Zach is Stefan and Damon 's great great nephew, who were his parents?
So Does anyone think that Stefan and Damon have might have another brother.or sister?

if klaus really did take tyler's place and tyler is dead, then before caroline finds out tyler is really klaus will all the forwood scenes actually be klaroline scenes?

Everyone seems to be after Emily's spell book. They all want to free Katherine. However, Emily's powerful enough to make a spell so the vampire inside the tomb do not die,yet she wasn't powerful enough to create a spell that would release her friend from the tomb,or make a spell so her friend is never enclose inside a tomb.
Damon and Stefan 's father ,Giuseppe seem to hate vampires,and he also seem to know a awful lot about them . Yet he had Emily's spell book in which there was a spell to free the entomb vampires,yet he didn't destroyed the book, but kept with him,and took it to his grave. WHY? Why didn't Giuseppe just destroyed the spell book,and prevent the vampires from ever getting ? Was there someone inside the tomb, that he hope one day to be release?
WHY DIDN'T GIUSEPPE JUST DESTROY THE SPELL BOOK? DOES ANYONE ELSE THINK HE HAD A REASON FOR KEEPING IT,INSTEAD OF DESTROYING?

Already we know that he fell in love with a vampire only to see her killed. He comes from a long line of family members who hated vampires. I'd like to think he takes it one step further and learns all he can about them and why they have always been in this town. Will he turn out to be like his Uncle and will he try and find out what his father had to do with so many of these problems that have occured over the last 145 years?
Jeremy has the potential to be a friend to all and take on alot of responsibility - I'd like to think he does that and doesn't become the whimp we saw in season 1.
